Apple Mobile Device Enrollments

This page will guide you through the enrollment process. Enrolling your device allows you access to internal websites.

Has this device ever been through the TLC enrollment process?

Helpful Information
Before Enrolling:
  • Your device must be running iOS 14, or later.
  • You must have your User Principal Name (UPN) and password
  • You must know your passcode for this device.
  • You must be connected to Wi-Fi.

Previously Enrolled Device

If you have previously enrolled your device, you must first unenroll to remove the old profile. Follow the steps below then return to this screen and select Next.

Tap Settings | General | VPN & Device Management.

Tap MDM Configuration | Remove Management.

Follow the prompts to remove the old profile. Return to the previous screen and click No to install the new profile.

If you are in the Capitol Complex, you can connect to Public-Capitol.

Install Profile

Click Ready to Install to download and open the Intune Company Portal application from the Apps store.

After downloading, click Open and follow the prompts to install.

Once the Management Profile is installed, Click Done and close the Intune Company Portal application.
